Account deletion
You can request deletion of your MGLBG Charge account at any time, either in the app or by email.
In the app
- 1Open the MGLBG Charge app and sign in to your account.
- 2Go to the “Profile” section.
- 3Choose the account deletion option and confirm your request.
By email
If you cannot access the app, send the request from the email address registered to your account so we can identify the account.

Data that may need to be retained
Certain records, such as information related to completed payments, may need to be kept for a period required by applicable law. These records are handled in line with the applicable retention requirements.
